Our modern Inspection department, ran by a team of seven, strives to maintain the quality reputation Redmayne has built up over the last forty years. The latest addition to equipment is the Brown & Sharpe “Mistral” CMM, which can accept 3d solid Models - Catia & Iges files, direct from our customers. With a measuring envelope of X 660mm, Y 1000mm and Z 660mm, Redmayne has once again invested to stay ahead of the competition. Four Inspectors are fully trained in its use & programming, with all the Inspection team approved for “Ship to stock” procedures, and “First Article” reports.
