CNC Milling Programming Dept

With our fully integrated offline-programming department, catering for 2d machining and 3d modeling, using state-of-the-art software from the VI group, interrogation of 3d models is relatively simple, as the software has been developed for this purpose, and the tool paths are quickly and easily converted into g-code using dedicated post processors matched to our range of 16 Cnc mills.
We are able to manufacture piece parts from conventional engineering drawings, or complex 3d models, without any drawings, with ease, and are able to import files from customers in the following formats: -

CNC Lathe Programming Dept

A comprehensive service is offered, with tooling design and manufacture as required. Using our Vero Visicam 2D software, with custom written post-processors, programming can be undertaken from conventional Engineering drawings, or from imported files, such as Catia data in the form of iges files etc.
A full range of turning operations are catered for, from tapping, screwcutting, and fette head rolling, through to large steady work, all undertaken on our modern slant bed lathes, with Siemans and Fanuc controls. Complex manufacturing routing is our specialty, many of our machined items involve stress relieving operations planned in, with complex surface treatments and different hardness procedures requiring careful planning at the initial stage.
Our comprehensive service takes the product from drawing board to delivery, economically and efficiently – the Redmayne way for over forty years.
